She is recognized for her strict adherence to compliance initiatives for public companies. Ms. Osterwalder holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Logistics from The Ohio State University.

Paul Breitenbach

He is currently the CEO of r4 Technologies, an IT services and consulting firm pioneering cross-enterprise AI solutions. From 1997 to 2017, he was the CMO for Walker Digital, an R&D lab specializing in applications and business solutions for large-scale networks.
